Lisa joined MERIC in January 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Queensland, St. Lucia, QLD, Australia with a double major in Anatomy and Biomedicine. She is currently involved with research studies conducted by a number of local surgeons. Lisa's primary duties at MERIC involve maintaining the research infrastructure, supporting studies including patient recruitment, enrollment, monitoring, and follow-up. She ensures compliance with research subject enrollment and data collection protocols and interfaces with research subjects. She also assists in ensuring project materials and regulatory documents and protocols are approved or continued with approval by the Institutional Review Board. Lisa supervises the clinical research interns at MERIC.
